Queretaro

To take advantage of yet another holiday in Mexico (semana santa), I took a few days to explore the city of Queretaro and San Miguel de Allende. It was a nice, relaxing four-day weekend with lots of walking and eating. On friday, I got in just in time to see a viacruces (stations of the cross) procession around town. Below is a picture of the "angels" at the front of the procession. The last picture is the Hostal I stayed in and highly recommend: Casa Hostel de Allende.

I know! It's beauitful. I was there for Spring Break and was captivated.
